“When I opened Ideal Health and Wellness Center, I wanted a place where people could go to reach their true health potential. Dr. Frank Marghella is a native of Massapequa, New York, attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He moved to Nashville in 2007, shortly after graduating chiropractic school. He met his beautiful, future wife, Jaima, that same year and has been happily married to her since 2009. He also has 2 gorgeous daughters, Gianna and Everlee, and currently resides in Nolensville, TN.
Dr. Marghella worked as an independent contractor at Dixon Center for Integrative Health Care for 7 years before realizing his dream of owning his own practice in 2015 and opened Ideal Health and Wellness Center. He specializes in treating the nervous system using “Palmer Package Adjusting” including, Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson, Toggle, and Activator. Dr. Marghella is also skilled in extremity adjusting techniques for the shoulder, knee, wrist, and foot. His passion for sports adds to his commitment and understanding of the value of Chiropractic care in the sports field and has helped several elite athletes in their quest for the Olympics.
Dr. Marghella added the Lipo-Laser services to his practice in 2013 and has since helped over 2000 patients achieve their weight loss goals.
